It Pays To Be The Tooth Fairy

I guess Kyra was in a generous mood after loosing her sixth tooth yesterday. Diane snuck into her room last night to make the tooth/exorbitant money exchange when she found this note folded inside Kyra's Tooth Fairy pillow (yes, the girls each have their own Tooth Fairy pillow).

I didn't say it pays WELL to be the Tooth Fairy.

Tis fun to read your blog, dude. I'm sitting outside the welcome center at Cedar Campus with Doug Schneider, checking email on cedar's slow slow slow internet connection.

Thanks! Sounds nice...the Cedar Campus part, not the slow connection part. Tell Doug I say "Hello"...if you see him.

Matthew lost two teeth yesterday -- one pulled by the dentist (abcess - yuck!) and one that has been loose for more than six weeks. I don't think that kid ever wiggled it at all or it would have come out long ago.

The problem is that my wonderful mother told him that she is good friends with the Tooth Fairy and would talk to her about getting him something extra (i.e. more money). He has 16 more teeth to go and his brother hasn't lost any yet. The Tooth Fairy is going to need all the tips she can get...
